Our permitting experience includes preparation of air quality permit applications, development of control technology analyses, emission factor research and development, and air dispersion modeling and impact analyses. We provide timely and cost-effective permitting support to a diverse group of sources such as mining and aggregate plants, large fueling terminals, power generation facilities, wastewater treatment facilities, gypsum board manufacturing plants, and industrial chemical manufacturing facilities.

In addition to permit application and report preparation, Broadbent assists with all aspects of facility compliance, including preparation of annual reports and emission inventories, development of recordkeeping documentation, and preparation of compliance plans. Broadbent staff have years of experience assisting clients with Corrective Action Order (CAO) negotiations and Notice of Violation (NOV) defense.  Our staff is well versed in local regulations as well as federal standards such as NSPS and NESHAPS.  We have excellent working relationships with air quality agencies in Nevada (NDEP as well as Washoe and Clark Counties), California, Arizona, Utah, Wyoming, and Texas.
