Amanda is an environmental engineer and a Nevada Certified Environmental Manager specializing in air quality program compliance and air permitting across the western United States. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Northern Arizona University (Flagstaff, AZ) and over 25 years of air quality program management expertise. Amanda joined Broadbent in 2022 where she is now applying her knowledge of state and federal regulations and policies to provide our clientele with compliance strategies to meet air quality regulations and standards. Her qualifications include air quality permitting, regulatory compliance, sampling, testing, and monitoring; emission inventory development; database management; and environmental impact analysis and evaluation.

Ms. McDaniel leads programs and projects across all technical disciplines to ensure the best resources are allocated to support project needs. Her boots on the ground experience and insight to daily operations and logistics, combined with her significant experience in cost estimating, contracting, status reporting, project timeline scheduling and invoicing results in her providing a full-service resource for all project elements. She is a client and results driven professional who prides herself in responsiveness, accuracy, and overall value of work with a steadfast focus on efficiency while maintaining high quality standards.

When away from work, Amanda likes to spend free time in the outdoors with a passion for mountain biking, backpacking, and snow sports. She enjoys quality time with her family and friends, and has recently embarked on apiculture, commonly known as beekeeping.
