Jeremy Holst
Associate Geologist, CEM, AAC

Jeremy is an Associate Geologist, Certified Environmental Manager, and Asbestos Abatement Consultant with over 22 years of experience conducting environmental investigations throughout Nevada, Arizona, California, and Utah. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Northern Arizona University (Flagstaff, AZ). He joined Broadbent in 2000 where he has worked his entire professional career and where he currently serves as an Associate Geologist. His career has primarily focused on management of emergency response, disaster relief, environmental characterization and remediation, and asbestos inspection and abatement projects. His experience has allowed him to identify and develop solutions to environmental issues faced by a variety of clientele. He has worked effectively with major and independent oil companies; mining companies; insurance companies; federal, state, and county agencies; industrial entities; municipalities; emergency response contractors; and various large- and small-scale businesses. For the past 10 years, he has focused on asbestos projects including: identification and collection of suspect building material samples for demolition projects; OSHA and NESHAP compliance reporting; technical report preparation; and asbestos abatement monitoring in accordance with OSHA and NESHAP waste regulations. When away from work, Jeremy enjoys spending most of his free time outdoors camping, rafting, kayaking, and overland exploring.
