Joni is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) with over 35 years of experience in corporate accounting activities. She has both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degree in accounting from Western Governors University’s, College of Business. She has been with Broadbent since 2001 where she has served as Corporate Controller and periodically serves on the Board of Directors. As Corporate Controller, Joni manages the Accounting Department and all financial aspects of the corporation, evaluates overall and Division specific financial performance, and develops new financial management tools for performance and profit analysis. When not at work, Joni enjoys spending time outdoors, swimming, hiking, traveling and horseback riding.
