Randy is a Professional Engineer and Certified Environmental Manager with 29 years of experience as an environmental consultant. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Geological Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno. He joined Broadbent in 1993 where he now serves as corporate President, Principal Engineer, and director of Broadbent’s mining services. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Nevada Mining Association and is involved in many local and regional community organizations. He has a strong communication skill set and is the primary point of contact for numerous clients. He is adept at leading regulatory agency meetings and negotiations and managing stakeholder concerns. His experience includes deposition and expert witness testimony. He also supports overall company management, strategic initiatives, process improvements, and business development efforts. Away from work Randy enjoys being outdoors, mountain biking, golfing, and spending time with his family.
