Matt is a Professional Geologist, Certified Hydrogeologist, and Certified Environmental Manager with 25 years of professional experience conducting hydrologic and environmental investigations throughout the Western United States.  He is a Principal Hydrogeologist and serves in an executive role as the Director of Operations.  He is in charge with enhancing companywide efficiency, fostering alignment with strategic objectives, and advancing employee and client satisfaction through leadership grounded in communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement.  He resides in the Broadbent Reno, Nevada office and is a Board Trustee with the Nevada Water Resources Association (NWRA) and a member of both the Nevada Petroleum and Geothermal Society and Vistage, a peer advisory group for business leaders.  A finalist for the 2024 and 2025 Vistage Impact Award, Matt is dedicated to creating meaningful contributions that positively impact the people and communities around him. With his adept management skills complemented by a robust technical background, he excels in overseeing large-scale and intricate projects to successful completion. When not at work, Matt enjoys spending time with family and friends and can often be found outdoors—preferably in the mountains or on the water.
