WATER/WASTEWATER TREATMENT OPERATOR – GRADE II
Broadbent & Associates, Inc. is a multi-disciplined consulting firm providing a broad suite of environmental and engineering services to oil companies, mining operations, agricultural companies, municipalities, private industries, governmental agencies, public and private utilities, and developers. Our experienced and highly qualified staff of water/wastewater operators, engineers, geologists, environmental assessors, scientists, and industrial hygienists brings a responsive team-oriented approach to project management.
Broadbent is seeking a Water and/or Wastewater Operator with a minimum Grade II ADEQ Operator Certifications (AAC Title 18, Chapter 5). The successful candidate will conduct wastewater treatment plant operation, maintenance activities and training, and/or assist in water supply, treatment, and distribution. Services are to be provided, in general, for small rural facilities located throughout Arizona. Facility types can range from simple to complex. Position will be based at the Tempe, Arizona office location, but remote work is possible option depending on experience.
The ability to become Grade III operator is preferred; the ability to hold both Water and Wastewater certifications is preferred; classes, testing fees and study materials will be provided by Broadbent.

WORK SCHEDULE AND LOCATION
This full-time position typically works Monday – Friday with moderate travel and some weekend work based on client emergencies.
